I began my journey practicing yoga for the very first time at Health Thru Yoga with Lesli. I decided i wanted to take the teacher training course....during the past 2 months i have learned so much, challenged myself and got out of my comfort zone. And the best part of it is this is something i have introduced my children to as well with the family yoga classes offered! They love it too!!!! The environment is a perfect environment and the instruction appeals to all levels!

If you're looking for the full package this is it. It is by far the best yoga studio, teacher and classes that I have found anywhere that I've lived. I leave every class feeling amazing. Leslie is so knowledgeable and so good at helping all her students with the proper modifications for their individual practice.
