The "Creative Flow" class taught by Michelle is a particular favorite, providing a spiritual experience through its unique and engaging sequences. I’ve been going to Yoga Flow for several years now and all of the classes are fantastic. The teaching styles vary from instructor to instructor so I would encourage you to try different classes to find one that best suits you! I’ve been taking the 9am class with Connie on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Murrysville for the past few months and it is awesome. I love how she challenges you and uplifts you with her positive attitude and encouragement.
Yoga Flow is amazing! I’ve been going for a couple of months and it’s made me stronger both physically and mentally. All the teachers are so wonderful and supportive, and no 2 classes are the same. The studio is clean and they offer free towels which is so nice. You feel relaxed by just walking into the room. Overall, such an amazing place for yogis. I would highly recommend!
I really enjoy classes here! From the newer instructor led $5 classes to the more seasoned teachers ive always had a good experience! The studio is very warm, classes are energizing, theres calming music, and a shower. Ive been doing yoga a little bit of everywhere for years and i think this is one of the most down to earth studios. They offer teacher trainings too which seem relatively accessible from a $ perspective.
