They replace pipes, fix leaky faucets, and complete smaller projects. Their work is done at a fair price and with a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and politeness. Customers appreciate their quick response, clear communication, and quality work. Brandon recently replaced two outdated fifty-gallon gas water heaters with a new eighty-gallon hybrid water heater and installed a recirculation tank to improve hot water delivery upstairs. The installation was expertly done, and clients are very pleased with the upgraded system. They also handle urgent issues, such as sewer line backups, with prompt and cost-effective solutions. If there is ever another plumbing issue, customers say their first call will be to Brandon or Thomas Lily Plumbing, making it an easy recommendation.
We recently had a shower that would not stop running and Thomas Lily Plumbing came to the rescue. Brandon (owner) was very communicative and fit me into his busy schedule the next day. He came promptly within time window he promised and quickly diagnosed the problem, procured the parts, and finished the job within an hour. He did a nice job cleaning the job site and communicating to me throughout the process with notifications on when he as arriving, what the cost would be, and when he was all finished. We will certainly reach out to Brandon and Thomas Lily Plumbing the next time we have an urgent plumbing need.
Easiest and fastest 5 star review I could make. After moving into a new home, we discovered some plumbing issues that needed quick attention. After calling a few plumbers and getting “we’ll get back to you next week,” I called Thomas Lily. Brandon answered on the first ring, and said he could be over in 30 minutes. It was less than 1 hour from the first call to several plumbing items being repaired.
Thomas Lily will always be my first call from now on.
