We have been going to this pediatrician for 2 years now. And when in the office for appointments the nurses and doctors are all super friendly and supportive and helpful! I gave 4 stars because I have yet to have a good interaction with any of the administrative staff. They are not friendly, and not helpful when calling to either make or cancel and appointment. One literally hung up on me after I said I needed to cancel an appointment they said thanks and hung up. Called to try and get my daughter in for a sick appointment and they took over and hour to call back to then just let us know there was no appointments that day. I have just not been impressed. Dr. Udekwu is amazing. I did a ton of research before my baby was born trying to find the best pediatrician. She truly is the best of the best. So gentle, caring & loving. Each and every child she cares for is important to her. She answers all of our questions and really makes us feel at ease. I would recommend her to any & every new parent. So grateful to have found her!

The Greater Pittsburgh Pediatric Center is amazing. Dr. Udekwu has been my son's pediatrician since he was born. For about a year we had to switch to another provider due to a change in insurance and it not being in her network. Once I became the sole provider for my son's insurance, I went back to Dr. Udekwu. She is thorough, takes the time to listen to you and any concerns you have about your child. She will hold you accountable as a parent with nothing but kindness. When I first had my son, Dr. Udekwu came to visit us in the hospital, checked him over, gave me a few things to do to care for him and scheduled with me our first visit.
