Wow! And wow again! Dana in the office took my request. She was very polite and professional. They happened to have an opening that same day. Within 5 hours, a professionally dressed Joe arrived. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He assessed my situation and clearly explained how he was going to eliminate the wasps. I also pointed out another area that was a potential wasp nest. He agreed and immediately told me what the cost would be for the additional nest. They charged me $159 for two spots. I called Boo’s Bug Stoppers earlier. Solomon and Chris came by and did a terrific job of removing the spiderwebs, wasp, nests, and treated my landscaping thoroughly for ants. They were courteous and professional. I appreciate their help very much.

Polite, on time and thorough! I have had two different people treat my home over the past two years from Expert Pest Management and both were very professional. One of the fellows had a neighbor of mine giving him a hard time about the chemicals used not knowing it was very safe for the environment. He was very patient with her interaction and maintained his professional demeanor.
