I was panicking because we have an old furnace and I thought we'd have to replace it. However, the technician was AMAZING. He was able to find the issue and fix it without having to replace anything! Also, he stressed the importance of having the furnace serviced regularly to avoid issues...our issue could have be prevented. ? Polite and professional; highly recommend.
