I came home on a Saturday night from a 4 day trip and found water leaking from my kitchen ceiling and a huge puddle of water and large ceiling stain. I called Rick Hartman Plumbing, left a message and asked for a return call. Within a few minutes I was contacted by Damon G the plumber on call for the weekend. He quickly traveled to our house by 8:30, set up tarps to protect our kitchen island and floor, diagnosed the issue (a pin leak, our first ever) and then proceeded to find and fix the leak.
