They called back and took care of everything. I'm very pleased with the outcome. While the staff and dentist were fine, whomever handles their billing is absolutely unfit for the job. After Dr. Sakai retired I took my son for a cleaning, I received a small bill, which I paid. In hindsight insurance should have covered it 100%. I then had a cleaning and filling replaced for which I received a rather large bill. In calling my insurance company I was told they are not in network with Cigna. Staff is very courtesy and super friendly. I absolutely love Dr. Sakai‘s assistant. She has always made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Sakai himself is the best Dentist that I ever had. He takes the time to explain things I’m just a very personable individual. I will never change Dentist as long as he is working.

after spending close to $1900.00 on a root canal for my wife it lasted for about 1 month and then fell out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this dentist said after he put the cap in that it might not work because there is nothing to hold it to!!!!!!!!!!!! he should have said that before he did it so we could have saved the money to put towards a implant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and also every time my wife went he always found another cavity that he said need done. ended up spending $4200.00 on dentist bill.
