Joe came to my home for water rising from the basement floor drain. He explained to me what the issue could be and got to work. In minutes he unclogged the sewer drain and gave me some very helpful suggestions to help remedy the issue. He was very friendly and professional and I will definitely call them again.
Had an emergency sewer drain blockage late in the night resulting in backup & basement flooding. Called Sewer Flow and was able to get someone over in about an hour. Ron was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped clear our blockage! Every returned to normal afterwards. Cost was $650 for the visit since outside of normal business hours visit (was quoted $250 if they had come the next morning instead)
Backed up house line causing a mess in my house. Tim was able to schedule Ron to come out within the hour - appreciate the prompt response in a pinch.Ron was very nice in explaining everything, was very respectful, and unclogged my house line quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
