This was my first Brazilian wax experience. Serena explained everything and took her time, making sure I always knew what to expect. She guided my breaths so I was always exhaling during the waxing, which helped so much. Of course it hurt, but not more than I expected it to. I will definitely be back!! They have a first time client offer, first Brazilian only $20!
It was my first wax, it was definitely an experience. 😂 Nay was my tech and she was AMAZING!!! She was friendly, she gave me the educational rundown, plus talked me through the process. It was a 10/10 experience.
Over a decade ago, I was this soft wax nerd (or “stan,” according to the youth) that could only find a provider in Chicago, IL to meet my skin’s needs. I learned about Waxxpot and their website clearly states they only offer soft wax, so I booked my appointment immediately. Now having been there a few times, I’m so thankful for this location and their offerings. Julie is unbelievable and the entire staff is genuinely kind and capable. Thank you!
