I booked an appointment for a pink and white ombre full set and a spa pedicure. I was borderline harassed to add upgrades to each of my services. I had to tell the pedicurist, "if it is not included in what I booked an appointment for I do not want to add it". While my nails look great, 6 of my fingers have open wounds, bled, and are horrifically sore. I was also overcharged by $15. When I went back in to address it, the person I spoke to talked in circles about extra length I didn't get. Apparently, nail tips aren't included in a full set anymore, as I was charged $15 for extra length that I didn't get outside of the included nail tip in a full set. I've been getting my nails done for 13 years and I can't think of a time my fingers hurt this bad after an appointment or of a worse experience in a nail salon.
I had my first experience with Amy Nails & Spa today and they did not disappoint. Ken did an amazing job on my mani/pedi and was so friendly. I had zero complaints. I’ve found my new nail salon!
Don & Amy do great work all the time. The quality and great prices keep me coming back. Right now they give free hot stones with no extra charge on their regular pedicures. Really nice people!
