From start to finish, our experience with Stanley Steemer was exceptional! I called their 24/7 service line last night after realizing I had accidentally booked a residential cleaning instead of an industrial/commercial service, and their team quickly and kindly made the necessary adjustments.
Mason arrived this morning and was incredibly helpful and professional. After assessing our office, he recognized that the job required a two-person team and arranged for Sofia and Brian to come out shortly afterward. They did an absolutely incredible job!!

Everything looks a million times better and our employees are going to be so happy when they see the difference Monday morning. We booked carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning. Unfortunately, the technicians had reservations about the use of hot water on unknown fabric, so we just got the carpet cleaned. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The carpet looks clean. We are happy with the service we received. The only suggestion would be to be a little more upfront with the 24 to 48 hours to dry and the need to have fans and air conditioning running.
Ryan and Jonathan were on time and super friendly. We received an explanation of a permanent way to have clean air in our home. The house was built in 1956 and the ducts were never cleaned. They worked systematically sanitizing and cleaning vents and then installed an ultraviolet light. My husband and I are so grateful the air is fragrant and clean. No more sneezing when the fan is turning on for the air conditioning. My sinuses were clear this morning when I woke up. I am sure we will continue to appreciate the benefits of such a thorough cleaning for many years to come. The cost is worth it!
