My Goldendoodle, Blue, developed a severe bacterial infection around his groin and back leg. The rash was extremely red and irritated, and we were very concerned about him.
My husband and I are fairly new to the area, and our previous veterinarian was quite far away. I called three different veterinary offices, but unfortunately, none of them could fit Blue in.
When I called Penn Animal Hospital, they were able to schedule an appointment for Blue within just a few hour's. The receptionist was kind, compassionate, and helpful, which meant so much to us during such a stressful situation.

Drs Joe, Battles and Cohn are all wonderful! I've been going there since early 90s. Front desk team and techs are patient, helpful and friendly. Hours are convenient M-F 10-1 you can just walk in, evenings by appointment. Saturday 8:30-11 appointment only or pick up scripts, supplies etc. Free parking! Side door for dogs that are reactive or nervous.
Everyone in this practice loves animals and wants the best outcome for our pets. Dr. Z listened to my concerns about my 15 yo little dog and put in place a plan to suit his needs. It was not an easy visit for him, but they handled him in a most caring way. Staff is always kind and compassionate and I highly recommend this practice.
