This was the 3rd time I've been here. The first time, I met with Shelly, who gave me a great consultion. She took the time to understand my hair concerns as well as discuss my color options/cut, etc. That consultation experience sold me on trying Transcend. Shelly is the owner and a doll! She's highly experienced and demonstrates great integrity with every client she works on. She has a great vibe, too. She's fun and funny and creates an atmosphere where you feel relaxed and can enjoy comaradarie with the stylists and other guests. I'm personally dealing with significant hairloss issues, but she's immediately put me at ease and takes special care to protect my hair while giving me great color.

Searched for a salon that did microlocs in my area and found The Elite Beauty Lounge. LaFone was very receptive when I reached out. She answered all of my questions and provided the type of professionalism I was looking for in a stylist. Her staff were friendly and the shop was very nice and comfortable, you must try the massage chair. It alone is worth the visit. Needless to say I’m very happy about the services The Elite Beauty Studio provided. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install microlocs.

This is the best barber shop I've ever been to. The place itself has seen some wear and tear but the service is top tier. They will give you a great cut, edge it up, trim your eyebrows and beard, hot towel on your face and scented spray for $30-$35. Crazy value for how much care they take grooming you properly.
Updated: I have been going here and only here since I've found this spot. It is about an hour and fifteen minutes from where I live just outside of Philadelphia and it's still worth it.

Mind's Eye is exceptionally clean. Paul is an excellent tatoo artist and his prices were very fair. Also, this tatoo healed incredibly well. There was really no redness or irritation the day I got it. It didnt really scab, like I was expecting, more like dry skin. And absolutely no itchiness! I would definitely recommend Mind's Eye and would go to Paul for another tatoo. Not sure if he would be happy about though, because I talked A Lot!

I decided not to listen to the negativity and visited for myself after my sister recommended it - and I can honestly say this is one of the best places to go for piercings.
Sometimes reviews really do sound personal, and you can’t always judge a business off that alone. The owner was super cool, laid-back, and made me feel completely comfortable, like I was at home. So far, everything with my piercings has been great, and I’m really happy with my experience. Definitely recommend giving this place a chance for yourself!
My expansion tank was installed by a different company. Unit was placed on the hot water side. This is what caused my unit to fail sooner than expected. The technician that came out Gilberto was very detailed for what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He was very diligent and professional. Double checked all his work and cleaned up the work area. If you need plumbing done ELEK plumbing is highly recommended.

I had a problem with my sump pump in the basement, when I called him he asked me to send a picture so I actually sent a video along with a picture and he came that same day.... fixed the problem and also fixed another problem I had with something else while he was here. Was very helpful and would definitely recommend him!

It was easy to set up an appointment over the phone and he also had availability right away.
He was polite, on time, and professional. He set up, gave me an estimate, and began working on the couch. It was really fast, and now my couch smells really nice and even though it is still wet (he left about 10 minutes before I started writing this review) it looks really good!

Jim and his team did an absolutely FANTASTIC job refinishing our wood floors and removing carpet/finishing stairs(ignore the banister that was not refinished). I have a client looking for backsplash tile so naturally asked online for referrals to real tile showrooms. immediately 2 people recommended H Winter. Christina Nolan was such a huge help to me with my apartment that I rented from Cityline. My mom passed away recently, and I decided to move out of state to be back with my boyfriend. We woke yesterday to discover our live Christmas tree was infested with baby spiders. We called all the big pest control companies that Google pushes to the top of your google feed (erlich, orkin, terminex) no one would come out on the weekend. I found Steve’s company as I was scrolling through desperately praying to find someone who could help us. When I called, I actually got the owner Steve - not someone on a call switch board asking unhelpful questions, but the main guy himself. I told him our horror story and he told us he would come out that day. Not only did he come in and spray the tree, he vacuumed up the spiders and webs and took our giant 8ft tall extra wide Christmas tree out of the house for us when we would have had to deal with chopping it up to get it out ourselves. He then vacuumed our carpet and sprayed all around the area before he left. To say this was man was our hero is an understatement. He was an Angel in disguise that helped us through this horrific situation. I couldn’t be more grateful to him for what he did for us and he was so reasonable in price. Thank you a million times over Steve - you saved our house and Christmas!

He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, meticulously inspecting all areas and providing candid feedback. I highly endorse Cheavor for inspections. Additionally, I would like to review my technician, Jason Brown, who has been my home exterminator on and off since 2021 and is also one of the most proficient Terminix technicians. They all collaborated to ensure that my needs have been adequately addressed.

John and his crew were fantastic! They just completed a full restoration of my paver patio plus walkway. They leveled out all sunken areas (even areas I didn’t realize were slightly sunken), fixed my paver steps that were falling apart, and applied sand and stain. The patio looks great and such a huge difference from before. John and the other 2 men with him were always respectful of the rest of my property, answered all questions, and cleaned up after themselves every time they left. I would highly recommend them for a paver restoration.

Just had a huge tree taken down, and Manny and his crew did an amazing job! Some of the limbs were hanging over the house, but they handled everything safely and professionally. This is a great great company. When I called to get an estimate, they came out the same day. When it was time for tree removal, they were at the house early as promised. Small family run businesses are much better than big corporations because when you call, you're actually talking to a person and not leaving messages that never get answered. Left my yard clean like they were never there.

This dentist is amazing. The whole office is kind and competent. Dr. OBaid worked with my insurance to have a Valplast partial approved for a missing tooth that no one else would help me with. The process was painless and it fit perfectly upon delivery. I cried so hard because I have no more pain in my mouth from my older partial and can actually taste food again! My exams and teeth cleaning have also been excellent. I don’t feel my teeth have been taken care of as good since moving here eight years ago from out of state where I had excellent care. My previous Dentist retired and sold the practice to The Friendliest Dentist in Town 2 months ago. I have been meaning to schedule my first cleaning but hadn't gotten around to it. I had a crown pop out- literally in the middle of the Super Bowl and was scheduled to go out of town first thing Monday morning for a work trip. I called them and left a message fully expecting to not hear anything back until the next day, but figured it was worth a hail mary (no football pun intended). They called me back within 15 minutes and even though they had never worked with me before, they set me up with an appointment at 8:20am the day after the Super Bowl! When I went in, they lived up to their name. They were unbelievably friendly and professional. They have very nice facilities and were able to create and install my brand new permanent crown within a few hours. I could not be more grateful to Dr Miller and her team. Since my last post Dr. Kocis has moved upstairs to his own snazzy office. My opinion on chiropractic treatments have not changed. Come in before it’s a problem. Don’t wait on a problem to get worse. Come see Dr. Kocis, a doctor in the business of helping and healing people.
My brother recommended this office, and I’m so glad I took his advice. I came in with mild to moderate discomfort in my day to day activities. Not only were my problem areas taken care of but Dr. Kocis identified additional problems I hadn’t really noticed. After 1 month I feel like a new person. It’s hard to explain, but I never noticed the little annoyances and pains that I’d learned to live with, wasn’t something I had to live with. It’s been about a month and I feel more comfortable in every Area of my life.
I’m so glad I came here, it’s been life changing.

I have been going to comprehensive chiropractic for a few years now. This was one of the best choices I have ever made. I was in bad shape when I first came. They were honest with what they could and couldn’t help me with. I appreciated the honesty as I wasn’t sure which direction to go with my current sciatica pain. Since that day my sciatica pain has been minimal and well maintained ( even through pregnancy). Dr. Heather and her staff are amazing, they always go above and beyond. I went through 4 years of neck, upper back pain and neurological issues, being bounced between specialists, just to stumble upon Dr. Stangl. I had 2 visits with Dr. Stangl and I’m feeling a HUGE improvement. He is gentle, only makes adjustments based on your bodies needs and knows how to find where your pain is coming from. My only regret is that I haven’t found him sooner!! It’s really amazing…. Thank you so much Dr. Stangl!!

We took our Papillon Toby to see Dr. Depew. We had been dealing with some kind of autoimmune issue that started in March after having a dental cleaning. Our local vet had been treating him and he was getting better, but still having issues with his skin. Originally we called because his paw pads were bleeding for 3 months until we finally got it under control and they healed by July. So we had pictures and a diary of everything he went thru since March. Although he is much better now, he is still losing hair, and I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. Dr. Depew was so good with him! She spent time with us going over the pictures and his history, and we left there with a positive feeling that he is going to be fine once we wean him off the steroids. She was wonderful along with everyone else we had dealt with at the practice. It took awhile for us to get in, but they did put me on a call list for cancelations, it just never worked with our schedule, but it was well worth the wait. I'm so glad that we took him to PADS, it really gave us peace of mind.

Took my cat here for the first time last week and will be continuing to use this vet! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived there was an active husky in the waiting room that wanted to be friends with myself and my cat, but she was terrified and was crying and hissing at the advances of the dog. The staff kindly offered to place my cat behind their desk / in an open room while we waited our turn so that she would be calm and comfortable. I am extremely grateful for the care they offered us on our first vet visit! They gave her a full check up and updated her shots, as well as quickly getting back to me with estimates and appointments for my cat's required followup care for her dental surgery.
I usually take my kitties to the Tilghman Street location but had to book at the Hamilton Street location this time. I was very pleased with how calm and reassuring the staff were with my boys. My one cat is very anxious and I was worried taking him to see someone different. I was put at ease very quickly as the staff were just as fantastic as at the other location. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Today was my first Hot Yoga class at YogaLab. I have been to other yoga studios and I love how intimate and homey it feels inside. My instructor, CK gave me appropriate cueing without making me feel self conscious in class. I can’t wait to try the other classes they offer. I will absolutely be going back and continue with a membership here!
This studio is tucked away in the West End of Allentown. I love the variety of classes they offer. It’s evident that the instructors are passionate about practice and build a community experience. One of my favorite instructors is Prabha. Her Sunday evening class is perfect for chasing away the Sunday scaries and starting the week off feeling good.
Jaime was absolutely wonderful during my pregnancy journey. Her prenatal yoga class was such a light. I looked forward to the classes every week. The classes were a perfect balance of relaxation and building the strength needed for labor and delivery. Jess is wonderful. I always come in stressed and leave feeling relaxed! If I have discomfort or soreness due to work demands she focuses on that area and provides relief. She is truly caring and passionate about what she does.

I met Lisa when she came to me at Rapid Return for her taxes and later decided to try her massage services. It was an excellent experience. She was able to fit me in last minute, was very attentive, and worked through areas of tension I didn’t even realize I had. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be returning once tax season is over. Highly recommend!

After struggling with neck stiffness and pain, taking various pain medications, anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxers, all without relief, I made an appointment for spinal injections.
I was totally frustrated, and exhusted, irritable from the continuous pain. Then,
I made an appointment with Suparna Damany. I am so thankful that I did. After a single treatment, I cancelled my appointment for the spinal injections. While I have had physical therapy in the past, as well as chiropractor adjustments, and massage, (including cupping), Suparna treatment was very different. Her knowledge of the human body and her ability to feel her way to understanding how to correct the problem was amazing.
The change, was remarkable! I followed her instructions exactly with home exercises, and after a few treatments, I felt wonderful!
