This was the 3rd time I've been here. The first time, I met with Shelly, who gave me a great consultion. She took the time to understand my hair concerns as well as discuss my color options/cut, etc. That consultation experience sold me on trying Transcend. Shelly is the owner and a doll! She's highly experienced and demonstrates great integrity with every client she works on. She has a great vibe, too. She's fun and funny and creates an atmosphere where you feel relaxed and can enjoy comaradarie with the stylists and other guests. Transcendence salon and spa is a one of a kind experience. The owner makes me feel so comfortable and really communicated well about how I wanted my hair to look. I’ve never left an appointment disappointed. When I got a perm she taught me how to style it as well as gave me a sample of product she thought would work best for my new hair texture. Kiara has made such such a difference to my hair and always makes sure that I leave her salon satisfied 🥰
