The staff is really helpful and friendly, with a huge selection of flooring beautifully presented. Customers purchased pre-finished Brazilian teak flooring that was difficult to find locally, and PC Floors was able to deliver. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful for re-finishing hardwood floors. A customer needed a Bona floor product to match the floors in the house for furniture, and it turned out a perfect match. The manager was courteous and helpful, patiently helping to lay out different samples to compare them. He spent plenty of time helping with choosing hardwood flooring and worked attentively through ordering, planning, delivery, and payment options, always calling back promptly. The store also has deck supplies. Prices are reasonable, and customers couldn’t be happier, giving the experience a 5++.
