There is not an area within the entire process of shopping for and having windows installed, that Penn Windows did not excel. Starting with Andy, who is an excellent salesman and will not use pressure tactics to get a sale. Then the team that answers the phone when you call in with questions and provides quick and accurate answers. Finally, the installer who did a fantastic job, answered all questions and concerns we had upon arrival and left the property cleaner than he found it.
