“We are going back for the 3rd year in a row. We would recommend these brilliant women (Cindy, Kim, most of all... PUD the cutest of all)! I was dumbfounded the first time. to find out the guy who was doing our taxes, was grossly mistaken. That we did indeed qualify for a substantial amount of a refund the year before. Here we thought he knew what he was doing. We only decided to change due to his wife could not have been ruder when I was extremely ill, and begged her to change our appointment. She refused. We really enjoyed her husband, but then on top of it to find out he didn't do a major refund correctly... and to boot doubled our normal bill which was a moderate amount to double our tax bill was just over the top! She was so rude, the last year we came in, didn't say one word to us. We had to sit 2 feetin front of her, and wait for her husband to be finished with the prior appointment. We had been coming for I believe 10 years at that point! We were so thrilled after meeting Cindy, and had spoken to her on the phone before that.
