Edgar Ramos with Dual Temp was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He came out during the extreme heat to fix our AC unit and even though he was extremely busy with other service calls, he didn’t rush through his time with us. We can’t thank Patrick enough for saving us from this heat wave! We had another company here for four days straight and they couldn’t correctly diagnose the problem. Patrick came and worked so hard to diagnose several issues with our system.
