I submitted a request through the website and got a text message I believe was an automated person. She gave me a number to call starting at 8:00am, I called a few minutes after 8:00 and was scheduled for today between 9:00am-1:00pm Edgar was here by 10:30. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. The person I spoke to on the phone was also very nice and helpful.
Dual temp installed complete heating and central air. Had minor issue, notified Dual Temp who immediately sent technician Pat Boyle who was very professional, took care of very minor issue. Pat explained everything.
Highly recommend Dual Temp
Iram and his team did a marvelous job for us today removing a 20 year old system and replacing it, including the air handler in a messy crawlspace. He gives your company an excellent name.
