Easy to call and make an appointment - they had availability day of. Joe and Jose came to our house. They were both easy to work with, communicated well, diagnosed and solved the issue pretty quickly.
EDIT 9/2026: They're really hard to get ahold of beyond making an appointment. Maitz does not use email, so I have to call for all communication. That's fine, except I was contacted by a Customer Relations Manager who I am struggling to get ahold of. He has no direct number, no email, and now I have left two voicemails, since no one at Maitz could route me to him when I called.. It's been really frustrating. We were in need of new water heater. Lyle came out installed a new one for us the same day. 2 years ago Lyle installed a water softener filtration system for us. Lyle's work that he does is very precise amd honest. We're very pleased with his service.
