I was very pleased with Chris the technician. I had a pipe leak that was overflowing into my basement causing a sewage backup. He was able to diagnose the situation and complete the work in a timely manner. He also gave me an estimate on some other work that will be needed in the future.
Had a great experience using Maitz for the second time. Had a leak and had someone out the same day (non emergency). We ended up having a new toilet installed. Jaryd was awesome and walked me through all my options. Glad to have them as someone to call!
I just have to say a few wonderful things about Maitz. First the technician that came out here was Travis and he was just amazing. He was detail oriented and knew exactly what he was talking about to get the job done. I never dealt with such an incredible technician. Also for the company as whole they were so easy to make an appointment with. They got us in right away and their times and hours are so flexible to fit with our schedule. Highly recommend this company and be sure to request Travis!
