“I came to Schuler for help with replacing a several decades old laundry water line and valves, as well as replacing a laundry box and trap. The valves were corroded and didn't stop the water so we had a pretty gnarly crossfeed to prevent leaks while waiting for our new washer, they were too gnarly to cap off safely.

Schuler was able to get in with a day, give us a pretty good quote for the work. I worked with Jamie to coordinate and Jim was my technician. Jamie was very knowledgeable and prompt, kept the comms going the whole time. Schuler was able to get all the way out to Forks nice and early, didn't make any noise or track dust all around the house.

And Jim? Man, what a guy. Super knowledgeable, very prompt, great plumber, and just an all around funny and laid back gentlemen. Really cannot say enough good things about him.

The pictures I snapped don't do it justice, he was able to deal with the goofy geometry and did some really beautiful work with copper to get us a nice modern valve that were side by side. He also helped with the drain and his PVC work was also great. He did great custom fabrication with something so boring that other plumbers would've just lazily set up. (I know this because that's what the last guys did for the last homeowners here).

He was able to reposition the box, get in some new lumber for support, and did a good job preserving the drywall. Who said plumbers couldn't dry wall?

When testing the water pressure we were way over the code maximum, closer to 126 PSI which has been destroying fixtures and causing leaks. They quoted me on the spot for an overflow expansion tank on the water heater and a heavy duty PRV on the main water feed. He even reran a larger run of copper to reposition it, added new check valves, a new ball gate to shut the main off, and floor based support and anchors.

Super professional all around. Great plumbing work, the price I think was very reasonable for all of the work, especially with how expensive the materials and labor can be, not to mention the huge insurance policy they carry in case the worst happens.

If you cannot tell by now, I'm ecstatic about how easy it was to go from scheduling to work done in under a week and before our new appliances were delivered. They went above and beyond what they originally came in for, taught me a lot about codes, and they do way more than that. Highly, highly recommended and I hope to be able to do business with them soon when it's time to put in a new bathroom down the road.

Call em up. Book online. Ask for Jim, and who knows, maybe your water pressure is too high as well lol.”
