Todd was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to evaluate what was needed, explain the options clearly, answer all of my questions, and provide detailed and very competitive quotes. I never felt pressured, just well informed and confident in what he was recommending. Ultimately, I put my home on the market and it sold quickly, so I did not move forward with having the roof replaced. But I was so impressed with Todd and the entire experience that I still wanted to take the time to leave a review. From my first interaction through the quoting process, Todd was professional, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision for my home. “Chadi came to fix our chimney because the cover came loose and it flipped over due to recent strong winds. Just a few loose screws that needed to be reattached, but he still showed patience and lots of care coming back to our residence. He is always extremely kind! He also did our roof a few years ago and it has remained perfect! He and his team are always quick yet detailed and treats his clients with the utmost care. I recommend him to anyone wanting quality service here in the lehigh valley :) His prices are also really great and affordable. My family and I are very happy.”

“Living in Allentown, Pennsylvania, our roof has been through a lot. Heavy rain, strong winds, snow, ice, freezing temperatures, and hot summer weather. With a roof this size and shape, we wanted more than just new shingles nailed onto the house. We wanted the entire roofing system to come together. That's one of the reasons we chose J.O.N. Construction, Inc., a GAF Master Elite roofing contractor. This was a major investment in our home, and we wanted an experienced contractor who understood how to properly install a complete roofing system, especially on a more complex roof like ours. We wanted to feel confident about the workmanship and know that attention was being paid to the areas that matter most, not just what the roof looks like from the street. The new architectural-style shingles completely changed the appearance of the house. We chose a gray tone that complements the siding, stonework, and white trim without making the house look too dark. The roof has a lot of visual presence because of its size, so getting the color right was important to us. What I love most is that the new roof looks clean, finished, and intentional. The shingles have more depth and dimension than a basic flat-looking roof, and everything looks cohesive. From the ridge lines and valleys to the ventilation and other roofing components, the whole system looks like it belongs together. As a homeowner and a mom, the biggest benefit is peace of mind. My husband and I wanted to invest in something that would protect our family and our home while also improving its curb appeal. Now, when I pull into the driveway, I don't see an aging roof that I'm worried about anymore. I see a home that looks refreshed, well cared for, and ready for the years ahead.”
