I cannot believe the kindness and professionalism of Eastern Penn. I left there, knowing that my fur baby was going to be OK and that, is why I would recommend them for everyone to take their babies that need to be really taken care of.
The staff was thoughtful and caring. We appreciated the communication and transparency with regard to potential costs. The team assessed Max and took a conservative approach to his care. We liked that there would be doctors and technicians on site all night and that Max was being monitored. The vet contacted us in the morning to provide an update and again in the afternoon. Once we brought Max home the staff checked in on Max and also returned our phone calls regarding pending bloodwork. Would definitely use Eastern Penn for future emergencies and highly recommend
The staff were incredibly kind & helped us through one of the most heartbreaking days of our lives. Nonetheless they did all they could do and brought us right in. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take our beloved boy today. Thank you for being so kind to us.
