We had the pleasure of working with Josh this afternoon. My first impression was a good one. He was a polite, well-groomed young man who wasted no time in displaying a sincere interest in assisting us. In addition to addressing and successfully repairing a severe drain clog, he also took time to go around our home and discuss potential issues and concerns that may lead to future plumbing issues. He also took the time to discuss a relatively minor functional issue with the spray nozzle attached to our kitchen sink faucet.
