I just received the installation of a tankless water heater. Cannot speak for the water heater just yet. This review is about the contractor Robinson Plumbing. Water heater failed Saturday. Called Sunday and a human being answered the phone. Matt Robinson called back within 30 minutes. Discussed and explained all options available. I went and did my research on the Internet. Called a few other services. Did not hear from anyone until Monday morning. My 1st phone call Monday morning however was from Matt that he was sending over his plumber Mike Burnabe to review the situation because I have made the decision to purchase a tankless water heater instead of the old-style....read full review

I discovered @ 8am that my water heater had died. After calling around, Robinson Plumbing arrived @ 3pm the same day, presented me with the best price, had a replacement unit with them, and were finished installing my new water heater by 4:30! Ryan and Cory were so professional, meticulous, and courteous when I asked all of my questions, and explained everything to me. They are two young guys who know what they are doing, and it shows in the quality of their work. If Ryan and Cory represent the staff at Robinson Plumbing, then this company's future is very bright! Thank you Ryan and Cory for taking care of my family!
