I thought it was a simple repair. The previous homeowner had drilled into a drain pipe in the wall of the first floor bathroom and when we removed the screw to do painting, it started to leak. There was actually some darkening of the sheetrock before but we didn't know what it was from. I though the repair would be to remove some of the pipe and splice in a new piece. But when they were removing it, it had several screws into it from the other side of the wall where shelves were mounted. Robison Plumbing took that in stride and formulated a new plan to correct the problem. They did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. Have had to call Robinson twice in as many years, and each time they have been prompt, professional, and polite. What I appreciate in particular is the honesty about what I should or shouldn't be doing, and the attention to detail to get it right.
Josh and Gavin (2025) had a replace a twenty-year-old part so covered in hard water residue it had to sawed open. Ryan and Mark (2026) had to replace a leaking water heater (almost a gallon an hour) and even took care to make sure the water heater was fully level because the floor underneath is not.
