Awesome practice! I was referred here by the. Veterans Administration for bad knee pain due to arthritis. I didn’t think they could fix a degenerative process but I was back to lifting weights and lunging within a week. Jake showed me exercises to recruit other muscles to stabilize the knee and helped me correct my form. Just amazing. Go here- don’t bother going anywhere else!
