It was only a few weeks ago when I walked into Crest flooring, very distraught and overwhelmed. My husband had been diagnosed with a very deadly disease, which is terminal. I am his primary caregiver with the intent of keeping him home as long as I possibly can, allowing him to be comfortable and content with our family around for support. I tried to be prepared and stay ahead of this horrible disease but even as determined as I was, I just couldn't do it. I was in tears driving back from a meeting with his doctors. They had been explaining to me what the future holds for him. I thought I had accommodated most all of his needs, nearly turning my whole house into a hospital. He was then identified as bedridden, needing a Hoyer lift for all transfers. The Hoyer lift was very difficult to maneuver on carpet, so I needed to replace the carpet with vinyl flooring. But, I also needed the hospital bed, which had been ordered, and was soon to be on its way. I needed the flooring in place before the hospital bed arrived. I just didn't know what to do until I spoke to the incredibly wonderful staff, John and Brandon, about the situation. Within a week, we got the flooring installed, three days later the hospital bed arrived. The floor looks wonderful and my husband is currently sleeping very comfortably. I can't believe how empathetic they were. They made my life so much better and I will never forget their kindness and professionalism. Thank you again, John and Brandon.
