“We woke yesterday to discover our live Christmas tree was infested with baby spiders. We called all the big pest control companies that Google pushes to the top of your google feed (erlich, orkin, terminex) no one would come out on the weekend. I found Steve’s company as I was scrolling through desperately praying to find someone who could help us. When I called, I actually got the owner Steve - not someone on a call switch board asking unhelpful questions, but the main guy himself. I told him our horror story and he told us he would come out that day. Not only did he come in and spray the tree, he vacuumed up the spiders and webs and took our giant 8ft tall extra wide Christmas tree out of the house for us when we would have had to deal with chopping it up to get it out ourselves.
