Honestly the best experience I could have had! Madelyn was my wax specialist and she was amazing! So personable, very informative, and super helpful in recommending aftercare products! I was nervous for my first wax and she was super reassuring and let me know her process before we began which was really comforting to me. Could not recommend her enough!!! If you are looking for an awesome Brazilian specialist, Madelyn is your girl!
I think this last wax was my 5 th,and my comfort level has grown. The woman at this facility are welcoming, kind and helpful. I also appreciated this little goodie I found in the bathroom after I had been at work all day!
I wasn’t sure about tinting my eyebrows but I am so glad I did. Brook knew exactly the right color for my hair color. She also waxed my eyebrows and shaped them perfectly. I would definitely go back to her again. Thanks Brook
