I knew there had to be a better solution, so I looked for a company without a website and found Hanson Heating.I called and he was at my house within 15 minutes! He was very quick to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in 10 minutes, PLUS he showed me how to fix it myself in the future. He barely charged me anything for his time, so it's safe to say their prices are extremely reasonable, VERY inexpensive. “Our HVAC went out this last week during 100 degree weather. I called this past Friday morning and spoke to Kurt and informed him of the issues I was having with my unit. While on the phone, he immediately had me trouble shooting some things, and when that didn't work he mentioned how he would try to make it out later that day to take a look. Kurt was able to make it in the early afternoon (same day) and replaced a broken piece, but then also confirmed that he would come back the next day (Saturday) to to discuss my options, since the unit was 14 years old and needed coolant (R22), which is no longer available as the US Government had banned it many years ago. Kurt showed up the next day (and on time) for our 9:30am meeting. We did a walk through with the AC unit discussing all of the "ins and outs" surrounding the problems with my unit. (I already had an idea that I would probably need to replace the unit - after all it was 14 years old and was practically on 24/7. And...the R22 coolant was an issue). We scheduled to have the unit replaced two days later on Monday 8/1/2022 (today). Kurt and his team showed up on time at 9:30am, replaced the unit, cleaned everything up...hauled it out, and left at 1:30pm...and I couldn't be happier with their work!! Kurt is EXTREMELY helpful, kind and informative as he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy and comfortable - I just can't say enough good things about him and his team! P.S. I used another AC company about six months ago and there's a SIGNIFICANT night and day difference in customer service, information, performance, quality of work, and customer care. This is the ONLY company I would recommend - I am so happy!! Thank you Kurt - you're the best...it's only been 30 minutes since you left and I already miss you guys! “My heat went out just as the cold weather started. I called Jerry and told him I was working but could be home by 4:oopm that evening. Tony called from Tualatin about 4:15pm, he said he could be out to Beavercreek in about 45 minutes. He arrived right at 5:00. 2 hrs. later the failed part was replaced and we were warm again. The customer service, diligence in finding the problem, and craftsmanship, were better than a 5 star review. The value was unbelievable, I was thinking the cost would be 5 times what it was. “We had a great experience with a furnace and heat pump install. Jace was the account manager and helped us in the beginning and took the time, even after hours, to help us answer any questions we had. He was thorough and made sure we were confident with the install.

His installation team was quick and overall fine. There were some things we didn't like after the install, such as trash left in the attic, fingerprints left on our ceiling, and ceiling vents that weren't installed correctly (couldn't open/shut the vents because it was interfering with the laths on our ceiling). But some of the issues weren't a big deal, so we let that go.

We noticed a couple things a few months after the install when we started using the heat pumps: the tape from the insulation wrapping the ducts was coming off, and our primary room wasn't getting that much air flow compared to the other rooms. We let Jace know, and he took care of it right away. He had his scheduler help us book a technician to fix those issues (as well as our ceiling vent issue mentioned above), and he did. We are now satisfied. It's good to know we can go back and ask Integrity Air about issues when they occur. It makes us feel like they want us to be satisfied with their work and services.
