Absolutely phenomenal customer service. The phone staff were great to work with, and the technician who was dispatched was incredibly helpful and worked very quickly. My only reason for a 4-star review is because the prices were very steep. Granted, I was having a plumbing emergency, but they charged a $495 emergency booking fee on top of the after hours charge - non refundable, and separate from all other costs. It was an emergency so I paid it! But the additional fee seemed a big unnecessary.
