Was informed when the technician(Travis) was on his way. He arrived on time, was very freindly and professional. Service was requested due to an error code for the furnace. Issues was addressed and furnace is working great. Already scheduled my Air Conditioner for its yearly service>
Travis had already worked long hours when he arrived at our home for his last appointment. He hung in there and completely the work in a timely manner. Great job and customer service!! Thank you!
We've been using Sunglow since about 2009 for our furnace service needs. We have an odd furnace - a York. Not many have those. When the first guy came out and misdiagnosed it and ordered parts, they sent out a senior tech and supervisor who diagnosed it correctly and fixed it immediately. After that we made sure that they sent someone familiar with the odd York furnace. We have had no problems with accurate techs since, and in fact, this year a tech we have used before, Jeff, performed the yearly service.
