Tim was hands down one of the best service people I’ve ever dealt with. Friendly and took the time to explain exactly what he was finding and what it meant for my situation. He made sure to show me in real time the problems, and overall made me feel that I was working with knowledgeable and honest folks. Highly recommend.
Tonight was our 3rd time using Pyramid Heating & Cooling and once again nothing but a great experience. Tyler was our tech and was nothing more than friendly and knowledgeable and was very helpful with answering all of our questions. Tyler really represents the company in a great manor.
