Our 25 year old gas furnace finally gave out, so we knew we would need a new system. We went without heat gor a full week, in order to get replacement bids from 5 companies. Columbia came in with a super price, top quality Carrier replacement system, superior installation crew and project manager, and, completed the work on time! We didn’t have to cut corners, even on our limited budget, and are completely satisfied! Highly recommend Columbia for anyone needing such services…
We received top notch service from start to finish. Whether it was coming to provide an estimate, the day of the installation or the tweaks for the permit, the teams arrived on time, did excellent work and were extremely easy to work with. And the communication through the office was the best I have ever experienced. I definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new air conditioner or furnace.
