“I recently decided to replace the furnace in my home after dealing with ongoing heating issues from an older system that had been installed by another contractor through my builder. After years of repairs and troubleshooting, it became clear that a full furnace replacement was the best long-term HVAC solution. I contacted several heating and air companies, but a lot of them had long wait times, phone hold delays, or pushed online scheduling with appointments far too far out. I was starting to feel discouraged, but that changed when I made one more call. I was connected right away with Mike, and within minutes he understood the situation with my furnace. He took time on the phone to explain my heating options, expected timelines, and what the replacement process would look like. Mike was able to arrange a same-day visit, and Ricky came out that afternoon. He quickly confirmed the likely cause of the furnace problems and did a very thorough inspection of the full HVAC system. He asked good questions about comfort, airflow, efficiency, and what I wanted from a new heating setup. Then he clearly walked me through each option in simple terms, including equipment choices, performance expectations, and pricing. I appreciated how informed and included I felt throughout the whole process. That evening I received a detailed proposal that outlined the replacement options and costs, which made it easy to make a confident decision. Mike stayed in close contact and kept me updated on ordering the furnace and scheduling the installation. When installation day came, he arrived with the crew to review the job and make sure everything was set up properly. It was great to see that level of involvement and attention to detail. The installers did an excellent job. The furnace installation was clean, professional, and well organized. It was clear the team cared about doing quality HVAC work the right way. Mike and Ricky stayed involved from start to finish, and that gave me a lot of confidence in the whole process. After the new system was installed, Ricky followed up to make sure the furnace was running as expected and that the airflow, comfort, and overall heating performance were meeting my expectations. That extra customer care meant a lot. I am very happy with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Gladstone who needs furnace replacement, heating service, or help with their HVAC system.”
