We had our HVAC system replaced by AAA Heating and Cooling. Garrett made sure we understood all the options available and what best fit our needs. George made sure our appointment worked with our schedule. The technicians, Joshua and Kyle, were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all our questions. They cleaned up and made sure we were happy with the work. We highly recommend this company.

We’ve worked with AAA over many years, so when it was time to consider replacing our old heat pump system, we naturally contacted AAA.Boomer, the design specialist, came out and reviewed our needs and promptly sent us a quote, including several options. He made himself available for any follow-up questions and got right back to us. He was very personable, professional & knowledgeable. He is why we chose to have the installation done, so kudos to Boomer. His is an asset to the company for sure.Also, want to acknowledge how pleased we were with both Josh & Kyle, the installers. Wow! Thank goodness for AAA Heating & Cooling. My husband and I hired AAA to replace our PTAC/HVAC unit. They offered us candid, honest advice throughout the process, even reviewing quotes that we'd received from other vendors.On the day of the install, Andrew put in extra effort (and six unexpected extra hours!) to make sure the system was installed correctly. When, mere minutes after they left, our thermostat started to click, I called the team for help and they immediately returned at no additional cost.No doubt about it: This was money well-spent and we're glad we spent it with AAA. (As a note, we did this service a year ago but am just writing the review now.)
