Advanced heating installed a ducted ductless mini split system into my historic house. Greg and his team were fantastic to work with. First, his bid was accurate and competitive. The install was very quick although I wouldn’t say it was easy, they made it look easy though. The communication was excellent from their front desk Rihana to their techs. I appreciate top notch contractors who still work in Portland, as many will not anymore due to our city's difficult bureaucracy and permit department. I would definitely use them again and will be referring them to all of my buyers and sellers.
