We worked with EcoHeat to replace our broken AC unit and aging gas furnace with a new Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler. Jesse, Bombo, Josue, and Javier were all fantastic to work with. Extremely professional, prompt, communicative, and considerate of our space and our needs. We particularly appreciated that they made sure to sweat the details and ensure that the job was done right, and to our satisfaction. Overall it's a big upgrade and improvement to our home. Ecoheat was recommended to us by two different people and did not disappoint! The owner, Thomas, visited to do our quote for a new furnace and unlike some other companies did not try to upsell us on an air conditioner or larger unit. Their office staff, Deven, was great at communicating promptly and clearly through the process, scheduling to billing. They have serviced my furnace for a couple of years and have always done a great job. When it was time to replace both my furnace and A/C, they took the time to understand my needs, evaluate the size of my home, and recommend a system that would be the best fit for me.
