Over the many years I have seen many techs at my house. But hands down, Dean B is the best!!!! My furnace wasn’t working and within 24 hours, Dean was at my house. He was on time, very friendly, very informative, and always fixes my furnace issues. Thanks so much Dean!!! Brian.

Ian came to our house on time at 8:00am. He quickly got out his equipment and went to work cleaning and checking out how the furnace was working. He had been to our house last year to service our furnace. We are very pleased with his work and personality. He explains what he does on a service appointment and gives us helpful advice. We hope to see him next year when we will serviced again.

We have been customers of Climate Control for many years. We upgraded our Carrier Furnace and A/C system about six years ago and love the new 90% furnace and the great A/C system. We've always used Climate Control's service for our fall and spring system checkup. All systems continue to work well and the technicians do a great job to ensure it's working as it should. Our last visit on Sept 20, 2023 was to check our furnace for the coming winter. Technician Ian W. was great to work with and he's has been here before.
