What a lifesaver! Well, heat saver. Austin S took care of my furnace situation in a very methodical, courteous way, filling me in periodically as necessary. The final outcome was "wouldn't be economic to fix" . I was already pretty sure that that would be the answer as it was 45+yrs old!I had a new furnace next day, affordable, inconvenient and quiet.Thank You Austin!
Very happy to have had Jamie here to diagnose, and explain that our 15 yo furnace exhaust system had failed and that it wasn’t running safely, and really needed to be upgraded. He helped me choose a new furnace, and arranged for it to be installed promptly the next day. He is knowledgeable, and experienced with the equipment he services, and has a wonderful personalty for interacting with his customers. We are really thankful for and impressed by the professionalism and quality of workmanship that our installer, Hunter Johanson, gave us while replacing our older Lennox furnace with a new Daikin model.
