Got a checkup scheduled quickly. Simi made a thorough inspection of our furnace and clearly and plainly articulated what was happening, how to keep everything running well in the future, and what to look out for that might represent a more significant problem. Thanks!
It was an excellent experience working with Sunnyside. My gas furnace completely quit on me during the recent deep freeze… on a Saturday. My house was getting very cold, very fast, but Sunnyside was able to make it out to me that same day, at 6 PM. Simi was able to get a temporary fix going so we wouldn’t freeze, which I’m so grateful for. He then had the replacement part I needed and installed it the following week.The office staff were very friendly and were able to efficiently help me and get me what I needed.I highly recommend Sunnyside. The furnace didn't come on in the morning. Sunnyside is listed as a dealer for our furnace brand so I gave them a call. Simi the technician arrived on time as scheduled. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the required part in the truck. Simi answered heating / cooling questions for me with useful information.
