This company installed my split units. It was not an easy job in a 130 year old Victorian and the owner has a positive and “can do” attitude and it was accomplished successfully. They have annually maintained the units and attended to the various needs that have arisen including a recent warranty related repair.

I can’t thank Maddie enough for connecting me with one of their technicians, Denton, on the day after Thanksgiving when every other HVAC shop in town seemed to be closed and I needed my furnace repaired.Denton was not only at my home within a hr of the initial call but he got me up and running within another hr. Unfortunately, the initial repair was not the true solution to the problem but Denton returned the next evening (Saturday) and actually found the culprit and performed the repair at no additional cost.Thank you very much Denton for the wonderful customer service and caring so much to be responsive, patient and thorough enough to get to the solution!
