Anctil Heating & Cooling

I asked for a furnace to be serviced. They came within 2 days. It turned out the furnace was from 1980 - obviously not practical to service. The service technician, an Anctil 20+ year employee, was able to explain the replacement options, costs including all the credits and discounts available, etc. There was no pressure but I was able to make a purchase decision and schedule the install. Task completed!! We have used Anctil for many, many years and have always been impressed with the quality of service and products they provide. I always feel that they are cost conscience on my behalf..

I've used Anctil for at least the last ten (and maybe more) years for twice yearly check ups of our heating and cooling systems. They are always professional and helpful, from the techs to the office staff. On the odd times we've had an issue with the system, they were diligent in tracking down the issue (even with multiple visits) and making sure we were seen quickly and the problem solved as soon as it was found (it was a highly quirky issue!). I just signed up for another year's service and happy that I did.

Anctill replaced our 20 year old, broken air conditioner with a new heat pump. The salesman was excellent. He provided a quick, thorough quote and explained our options. The installation crew consisted of two very nice guys who cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of our property. They also explained the system thoroughly, and answered all our questions.
