Anctil installed our new furnace and were very friendly and professional and reasonably priced. Recently our new thermostat was not working properly and Chris came out and diagnosed the problem and installed a new thermostat the same day. I would definitely recommend Anctil Heating & Cooling and also Chris as technician.Services: Heating system installation

Anctil installed our new Carrier furnace and mini splits and A/C in our 1911 home. They were great at problem solving the space and walking us through the new wall control pad. After 3 yrs, everything is humming along efficiently keeping our home at a steady temp. They have been professional, timely and respectful when scheduling annual service and fielding any questions we've had. Great local company.

I'm giving 4 stars because I feel the company is reputable. For the technician that came out I would give zero stars. Anctil indicated they were short staffed so we could not get the technician we wanted. My furnace would ignite and immediately shut off the gas 20 second later. I explained to the technician the exact sequence of how the furnace was starting and shutting down. He swore there were no issues with the furnace. Everything was working properly. He swore it was my third party, highly rated thermostat. He finally convinced me to put a new thermostat in (without the features I wanted).
