Thomas & Sons Heating & Cooling
“I first reached out to Thomas & Sons Heating & Cooling for an estimate on a new heater and heat pump system. Luke was very helpful through the whole heater replacement process and explained the equipment options in simple terms. I originally received a proposal for one unit, but when that model kept getting delayed, Luke quickly put together a second estimate for a York system that was available sooner. I waited as long as I could, but once my old heat pump finally stopped working, the team moved fast and got the new York unit installed just a few days later. Richard and Caleb did a solid job with the installation, and everything was set up professionally and running smoothly. Luke stayed in touch the whole time, answered my messages, and kept me updated during the delay, which made a stressful heater repair and replacement situation much easier. The new system has been working great, heating the house well and running at peak performance. It also came at a lower price than the other option and included a much better warranty, so it feels like a smart long-term investment. Overall, this was a very good experience with heater service, heat pump replacement, and customer care.”
R&S Heating INC.
“Highly recommend!! We are new clients that had our furnace maintained by another popular large company (last maintenance on 12/1/22). Our furnace went out on 12/30. We were so lucky to have Scott recommend through a friend. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and he came out the next day! He may be the last of the honest HEATING/AC companies left.”
