“It was truly a full team effort from Robinson Brothers Heating & Cooling. Our heat pump failed, so we needed heater repair help quickly to get the home comfortable again. John stepped in right away after hearing how urgent the situation was. Even though the needed heat pump equipment was not a normal stock item and many places were saying it would take a long time, he worked hard to locate the right system fast and keep the installation moving without delay. Nolan arrived even earlier than promised, which was a huge help. The service technician was excellent, explained each step of the heater repair and heat pump replacement process in simple terms, answered our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
