“This was the second year Service Patriot provided annual maintenance on our HVAC system. The technician, Mikey, has gone above and beyond our expectations both times. Besides servicing the furnace, he also pointed out several issues with the ducting under the house that if addressed would significantly improve the efficiency. At no time did we feel he was trying to up sale his services and explained everything in a very logical manner. The crew that performed the air distribution reconditioning were great. Landon, Kris and Oscar explained everything in detail and the finish product looked very professional. It’s been three days since the service was performed and the result in the HVAC performance is very noticeable.
