“This company goes above and beyond! When our home was out of power for the last four days, one of the Heating Specialist employees, who happens to live in our neighborhood, offered to come over and help my husband wire our generator to our furnace. We have two children, one is a toddler, so being the cold for days was very difficult. He didn't bat an eye and within minutes we were up and running and our kids were able to sleep well in a warm home again. “I have tried 2 other contractors to resolve my light flickering problem and both were not successful and wanted me to spend $1,500 to install a surge protector for the whole house! The technicians from Ben’s where very professional and tenacious, discovered the cause and resolved the problem for a fraction of what the others where going to charge me!!Thank you very much for a job very well done.“
“Our gas furnace of 28 years old began to show signs of failure, so we decided to replace it, got bids, etc. The best explanation for options, and the best price, was by Anderson. We contracted them to do the job, which was done in a day. The furnace worked fine, but the internal circuit breaker popped occasionally. Steve, the owner, was quick to respond, and suspected the smart thermostat (intermittent problems can be hard to pin down), so bypassed it with a battery-powered thermostat, and the problem stopped. We are warm and happy at winter's start.“

“Highly recommend this business. Had to have our old furnace replaced and also had AC installed. Luke was great and went above and beyond in all aspects including coming back after the work was done to help redirect our dryer vent which was near the ac unit. Was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Also included replacing old thermostat. Will be using Eco Air heating and cooling in the future.Services: Install AC“
