When my heat went out on a cold Saturday morning, I called “everyone” in a blind panic. Robots, answering machines and “we have no one over the weekend” responses just made it worse. But Heat Relief answered, called back, showed up, diagnosed and repaired before the house dipped below 60 degrees on that winter day. Our service technician, Bob, could not have been nicer, more focused or more professional. If you have a sudden problem with your furnace, save yourself the undue panic and call here first. And thanks again, Bob!
Bob and Keenan came out today and serviced my furnace. They even had to go under my house and fix a valve because the motor burned out. They were very friendly and explained exactly what they were doing. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quick action. I’m a very satisfied customer. ???
