I have had a lot of physical therapy. One day I will learn to pay better attention to what I am doing. I've never had a bad experience, but Staszak is easily the best.

Between the physical therapy itself and the pilates training that they somehow got my insurance to pay for, I've worked with a few different people here. Everybody has a different personality and approach, but it all comes together. They all have a clear understanding of the anatomy and physiology. They all check in with me to be sure we aren't exacerbating the problem, and listen to me carefully.

Very personalized experience and not just strengthening through the pain. They're working a slow program to stretch first then we move into strengthening. I'm very pleased!

George has helped me cope with and move beyond shoulder pain. Now, since a recent injury, I am potentially facing surgery, I’m confident that he will help me return to my former healthy and active self.
