I called about an issue in the morning, and they had an electrician Kai out the same day. He helped us before and was super kind, patient, respectful, and understanding. He quickly identified the issue with a mislabelled tripped breaker and helped label it correctly and educated me so this issue can be addressed in the future. I am absolutely impressed and satisfied with their work
Doug Palmer is my go-to electrician. I’ve had work done by 3 different companies in the Eugene area. DPE stands out for their availability, promptness, customer service (good communication and knowledgeable techs), and great pricing and quality. I definitely recommend them for residential needs.
Cost ended up being less than expected, they were easy to get ahold of, they were able to come out quickly despite a huge spike in demand, and they went above and beyond to help advocate for us to EWEB. Great service, definitely would recommend.
