“This place has great customer service!
I called, talking to an employee named Kali. She informed me that they could not wash my weighted blanket, but she gave me the phone number, and made sure I was clear as to the location of a place that could help me wash my blanket!!
Great customer service!
And I hope Kali feels appreciated!”
“I'm very particular about how my clothes are handled, and Shola's Quality Plus Dry Cleaners has completely earned my trust. They pay close attention to document my specific requests, and I really appreciate that they call to double check when they aren't sure about something rather than just guessing. That kind of care is hard to find.
It's clear they take real pride in getting things right. I look forward to continuing to work with them and appreciate everything they do. We highly recommend their services!”
“Five stars for professional service and a very kind owner. They do a fantastic job and make the whole process easy and pleasant. I won’t go anywhere else!”
